Two industrial property agencies have announced a partnership that draws on their significant experience in the industry to better serve Sydney’s west.
Parkside Commercial Western Sydney has announced a partnership with LJ Hooker Commercial Bankstown that sees the offices operate under a joint brand, with the Bankstown branch relaunching as Parkside Commercial South Western Sydney.
The expansion of the Parkside Commercial brand reunites Tim Byrne and Jon Orsborn with industry colleagues Aymen Sobbi and Rino Gazzera, who share deep roots from their former positions at Colliers International and LJ Hooker Commercial.
The directors of the two offices bring over a century of combined experience in sales, leasing, and property management.
Collectively, the businesses manage 500 properties across Western Sydney, having sold 94 properties and leased a further 166 over the last 12 months.
Orsborn said that the partnership between the two offices was a natural fit due to their shared values, which would enable them to serve their customers better.
“Aymen and Rino share the same approach to client service that Tim, I and the rest of our team have,” Orsborn said.
“The move bolsters our market insights, enhances our agility and provides our clients with greater reach, knowledge-sharing and deal-making capabilities across sales and leasing.”
Orsborn said that the ability for the respective asset management divisions to share knowledge and insights would deliver improved service to investors.
“We have scores of investors who have entrusted their investments to us for decades.
“We’ve helped shape their portfolio strategies over the years, future-proofing their assets in the marketplace.”
Parkside Commercial’s Sobbi identified significant opportunities that would be created by the decision to expand.
“Since launching three years ago, we’ve been sought-out by a growing number of clients seeking our combination of boutique service and broad-base connections,” Sobbi said.
“Our experience and results span everything from leasing 500 square metres to sales of 20,000-square-metre warehouses, and the investors, developers and occupiers that are in this dynamic market.”
Sobbi said that the partnership placed the businesses in the best position to fulfil their clients' needs.
“In the expansion, we’ll be strengthening our capabilities in this market, delivering new levels of service and strategic guidance to clients,” Sobbi concluded.
