PRD has appointed a new business development manager in a bid to drive national growth and support its operators across Australia.

PRD has announced Haig Sare as its newest business development manager, joining Ken Baker, who was appointed in the same role earlier this year.

Sare brings over a decade of experience in real estate and business development, having previously worked as a licensed agent and in network growth roles.

“His deep understanding of local market dynamics and national expansion strategies makes him a valuable asset to PRD’s growth ambitions,” PRD said.

The network said that Sare’s new position reflects the network’s commitment to accelerate national growth and support real estate professionals across Australia.

“PRD is doubling down on its mission to back ambitious operators with the tools, support and brand power they need to thrive and grow,” it said.

The announcement follows the expansion of five of PRD’s long-standing offices to additional locations across NSW and Victoria this year.

Sare said he was drawn to PRD’s people-first culture, research-based strategy and commitment to innovation.

“What really stood out to me was PRD’s commitment to supporting its offices, not just with brand and systems, but with real, practical business development support that supports them to expand their businesses,” he said.

“That alignment of values made it an easy decision.”

He said his decade of experience has equipped him with a broad understanding of challenges and opportunities in the industry, from local market dynamics to national expansion strategies.

“It’s given me a strong understanding of what makes high-performing offices tick and more importantly, how to identify and attract the right partners to drive sustainable growth.”

Todd Hadley, PRD’s managing director, said Sare will be an asset to the team, helping to support and grow the network.

“With our 50th anniversary approaching in 2026, it’s more important than ever that we invest in people who align with our values and vision for the future.

“Haig’s experience and energy will help ensure PRD continues to thrive for the next 50 years and beyond.”

Sare said he intends to focus on connecting with first-rate business owners who align with PRD’s values and vision.

“I’m here to understand their goals, support their growth and ensure PRD is the right fit for their next chapter,” he said.

“Growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people, potential and building something meaningful.

“I’m excited to work alongside our team and future partners to make PRD the standout choice for ambitious operators across Australia,” he added.
