More than 20 real estate professionals have been announced as winners in the first-ever REB Innovation Awards.

The inaugural REB Innovation Awards was held on Thursday, 25 September, in Sydney, with support from principal partner, LockedOn.

More than 300 members of the real estate industry gathered to celebrate the achievements of their colleagues and peers, while networking with industry leaders.

There are 21 categories on offer this year, including seven individual, six agency and network, and eight technology and platform categories.

The winners include representatives from Eclipse Real Estate, MRI Software, Rental Property Network, Rethink Group, and InvestorKit.

The winners were selected out of the pool of 122 finalists who were shortlisted in the inaugural awards program.

The REB Innovation Awards was uniquely designed to spotlight operational excellence, cutting-edge technology, and forward-thinking innovation across the real estate industry.

Securing an REB Innovation award is a prestigious achievement that provides leading real estate and technology professionals and organisations with national recognition.

For individuals, winning an award has the potential to build professional credibility and underpin career development, while providing companies a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining top talent.

“Technology is completely rewriting the rulebook of real estate, and the REB Innovation Awards proudly recognises those leading the pack and transforming the sector into the future,” REB editor Liam Garman said.

“I’d like to raise a toast to all of our incredible winners and inspiring finalists.”

The awards ceremony united the brightest minds in property innovation, and provided a rare opportunity for attendees to network among industry leaders and peers while celebrating excellence.
