Real estate network DiJones has announced the opening of a new office in the Pacific Palms region of the NSW mid-north coast, as the brand continues to expand its presence across the state.

Dominique Vasers has been appointed as the licensee of the new DiJones office in Blueys Beach, bringing over 25 years of industry experience to the role.

DiJones COO Brent May said that the launch of the office formed part of the company’s growth strategy to expand and reinforce its position across the NSW market.

“Pacific Palms, which includes Blueys Beach, Boomerang Beach, Smiths Lake, Elizabeth Beach, Seal Rocks and other key markets including Forster, is one of the most sought-after destinations for Sydney holidaymakers and lifestyle seekers,” he said.

May said that Vasers will leverage her local knowledge, having grown up in the region, and community connections to better serve the area.

“Under her leadership, and with DiJones’ premium marketing, technology and brand reputation, property owners in Pacific Palms will have access to an unmatched level of service and expertise,” May said.

Vasers said that the area presented opportunities due to its high popularity for those looking to move away from the city.

“Their reach across Sydney, Illawarra, Southern Highlands and the NSW Central Coast aligns perfectly with the migration patterns we’re seeing here,” Vasers said.

Additionally, she said that collaborating with the DiJones brand was the natural progression for her career.

“Real estate is evolving, and by working collaboratively with DiJones, I can deliver even greater results for my clients and the community.”

“Real estate is changing and the days of being a successful independent are over,” Vasers concluded.
