Belle Property has unveiled a new Albany office on Western Australia’s south coast, as the network aims to expand its presence across the state and tap into the rising regional market.
The new office will be headed by director and principal Chris Wallace, who brings over a decade of experience in the industry to the role.
Having lived in the area for most of his life, Wallace said Albany has been appealing and attracted interest from a wide range of potential buyers.
“Whether you’re searching for an affordable family home, a luxury coastal property, or something with unique character, we’re here to guide you.”
“The Albany market is incredibly active, with strong growth in recent years and limited housing stock continuing to drive prices higher,” Wallace said.
Wallace said that Belle Property’s values aligned with his, making the network the ideal choice to advance his career.
”The brand is not just about selling property, it’s about delivering a genuine experience that adds real value to our clients' lives.”
“My mission in opening my own agency is to provide world-class service that is genuine and straightforward, with a focus on building lasting client relationships,” Wallace said.
Head of Belle Property Western Australia, Travis Coleman, said that Wallace’s expertise and local knowledge would provide a strong foundation for the Albany office.
“We’re excited to see the positive impact his team will have on this flourishing region, driven by those strong personal connections.”
Belle Property said that the office forms part of the brand’s expansion into the Western Australian market, with the recent opening of a Mount Hawthorn office, with more openings slated before the end of the year.
