Acton | Belle Property has launched its newest office as the real estate brand strengthens its offering in Perth’s surging inner-city market.
The new office, which will operate in the Mount Hawthorn area, will be led by experienced real estate professional Hamish Laidlaw.
Laidlaw has 12 years working in real estate sales, and steps into the new role as director of Belle Property Mount Hawthorn.
Belle Property said that now is the ideal time to gain a foothold in the Mount Hawthorn area, citing record low stock levels and rapid sales as driving factors for the expansion.
Head of Belle Property Western Australia, Travis Coleman, said that the expansion underpinned the brand’s growth plans.
“His leadership reflects Acton | Belle Property’s commitment to growth and quality, and we look forward to seeing the impact his team will make in this thriving area.”
Laidlaw said that the shared values of Belle Property played a major role in his decision to join the real estate brand.
“Belle Property’s reputation as a highly regarded brand with a down-to-earth approach aligns perfectly with the values I’ve built my career on: trust, reliability and delivering exceptional results,” he said.
Laidlaw said that Mount Hawthorn has “character, energy and a strong sense of community” that the team would look to serve in the competitive market.
“Our focus is on delivering an honest and relatable real estate experience, backed by strong processes and real data.“
“We want clients to feel assured they are receiving premium, professional service and genuine local expertise,” Laidlaw concluded.
