Real estate group Stone has announced the opening of a new office in Melbourne’s north-eastern suburbs, as the brand consolidates its presence in Victoria.
The new office, opening in Doreen, will be led by experienced operators Dean Zammit and Jess Conte-Singh.
The Doreen office will be the second office opened by Zammit and Conte-Singh, following the pair’s launch of a nearby office in Stone Whittlesea three years ago.
With a combined 35-plus years of real estate experience between them, the pair sought to establish a permanent office in the area to better serve the growing community’s needs.
Stone said that Doreen, known for its infrastructure and high volume of sales, presents a chance for the network to strengthen its presence in one of Melbourne’s growth areas.
Similarly, Zammit said the new office would provide a greater opportunity for both established and emerging agents to join a local office that is supported by a wider network.
Head of franchise at Stone Real Estate, Luke Cameron, said that the new office was part of the brand’s expansion strategy.
“Our growth in Victoria is a key focus for the network, and Doreen is an exciting addition to our expansion,” Cameron said.
“The team already has strong traction in the marketplace, and establishing a dedicated local office will allow us to better serve the community while giving agents the platform, tools, and support they need to thrive.”
Cameron said that the new office would help grow the brand recognition of the network.
“This opening is another important step in our mission to make Stone Real Estate a household name across Australia,” Cameron concluded.
