Harcourts has expanded its north-west Sydney presence with a new office to reinforce its network presence and meet rising demand in the region.
Harcourts has announced the opening of a new office, led by a returning agent, to strengthen the network's presence in the north-west Sydney market.
The new Harcourts Thrive office, which will serve the Norwest, Glenwood and Bella Vista areas, will be headed by incoming director Ben Singh.
Singh, who began his real estate journey as a sales agent at Harcourts Kellyville, has rejoined the network following a stint with Manor Real Estate.
He said that the support systems available at Harcourts played a role in his decision to return as an office owner.
“Harcourts’ support makes it possible to grow my career and realise my dream,” Singh said.
Having lived in Sydney's north-west for nearly 20 years, Singh said he would use his local expertise and network to help the new office thrive.
“I live in the area and have a lot of family and friends here too,” Singh said.
“I love the local community and I am excited to serve it.”
Harcourts chief growth officer Tina Ashton said that Singh's experience and local expertise will be fundamental to the success of the new office.
"Real Estate reviews speak for themselves: Ben Singh is highly recommended by sellers and buyers for his transparency, honesty and genuine service.”
“That he recognises the opportunities Harcourts offers and the support for his ambitions, is exciting!" Ashton concluded.
