Urban Real Estate is set to open its 16th office as the group continues to solidify its footprint and capitalise on the growing Hunter, Sydney and Illawarra regions.
Located in Gables in Sydney’s north-west, Urban Real Estate’s new office will service the suburbs of McGraths Hill, Rouse Hill and North Kellyville.
With the Hills District identified as one of Sydney’s fastest-growing residential regions, the network reaffirms its commitment to operating in high-performing areas.
The new branch will provide the surrounding areas with the network’s full range of property management and sales services.
Urban Real Estate director of residential sales Trent Brewer said the new office’s location holds historical significance for the brand.
“This office is special to us as it marks another milestone in the Hills area where we first began selling real estate more than 25 years ago,” Brewer said.
He said the geographical spread of offices across the network had left the business well-placed to deliver its services across several key markets.
“We now quite literally wrap ourselves around Sydney’s growth corridors – from the Hunter through Sydney and down to the Illawarra – providing a true one stop shop for our clients.”
With Urban’s 16 branches operating as a unified collective, rather than individually, Brewer said the brand’s collaborative culture and support have seen industry professionals reach out to the group.
“Our unique approach to real estate and agent support has led to an influx of enquiries from talented agents keen to join our ranks.”
“We do things a bit differently here, but that’s exactly how our vendors prefer it,” he concluded.
