Harcourts Queensland has appointed a new business performance coach to mentor teams, enhance skills, and implement new strategies to strengthen its businesses across the state.

Jim Connors has been appointed business performance coach within Harcourts Queensland after having joined the network less than six months ago as a real estate specialist.

Connors brings about a decade of industry experience, having worked as both a buyers associate and an estate agent with One Agency and Ray White before founding his own agency, Connors and Co., in 2023.

Connors said he would rely on his experience to support businesses as they develop within the network.

“Whether guiding our partners through complex transactions or mentoring emerging talent, I’m dedicated to delivering value, building lasting relationships, and upholding the highest standards in real estate for the Harcourts network,” Connors said.

Harcourts said that Connors will strengthen businesses within the organisation, using targeted training and performance benchmarking to drive results.

CEO of Harcourts Queensland, Andrew Friebe, said that Connors’ range of experience has equipped him with the tools to provide teams with sales strategies and a commitment to service.

"With over a decade of experience across diverse property markets, Jim brings a depth of industry knowledge, strategic acumen, and proven performance to the Harcourts Queensland team," Friebe said.
