The staff of real estate network Professionals have driven the group's technology usage rate to record levels, with the majority embracing new tech partnerships launched during this year’s brand refresh.
After undergoing a branding overhaul in May 2025, which saw the network form technology partnerships with graphic design tool Canva and marketing platform Properti, Professionals have established themselves as leaders in the tech space.
According to data from Canva, 98 per cent of the network’s staff registered users have actively used the tool, with almost 20,000 designs being published in just three months.
On average, the network recorded almost 50 published designs per user, which is more than three times higher than the industry average of 13.6.
Principal of Professionals Tamborine Mountain, Kelly Bouzige, said that through the technology push, the office saved time and money.
“Once we had Canva and Properti at our fingertips, we jumped on it straight away because we saw the potential immediately,” Bouzige said.
“What used to take me 15 to 20 hours a week and cost us up to $25,000 a year is now automated for only $100 a month.”
Bouzige said the ability for the office to have content such as listing updates and Google reviews posted through an automated system has proven to be a “real game changer”.
“They’ve completely transformed the way we market our listings and services,” Bouzige said.
“It’s freed up our time to show our office culture and build relationships through organic social posts.”
Professionals CEO Sean Hanneberry said the high usage rate of Canva and Properti by the Professionals team was a positive sign that the partnerships were having the intended effect.
“It’s promising to see our members embrace the tools and technology so quickly and use them to grow stronger businesses and deliver better results for clients.”
“It shows that we’re all aligned on the company’s direction to become the most connected and marketing-driven real estate network in Australasia,” Hanneberry concluded.
