Harcourts NSW has announced the appointment of a new property operations manager to support the network's rent roll growth across the state.
Having spent two decades in senior roles at several real estate brands, Toni Atkinson brings customer-facing, business development, and client service expertise to the network.
Harcourts NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said Atkinson’s diverse skillset would enable her to drive the network's success in the property management sector.
“Toni’s extensive experience and proven leadership make her the perfect fit for this role,” McCulloch said.
Atkinson said she will support the network's property management teams as they look to build, grow, and manage their rent rolls.
Atkinson said moving to Harcourts was a given, as she had been drawn to the brand’s philosophy and values.
“My focus has always been on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and I look forward to continuing that here,” Atkinson said.
“I look forward to working with the team and enhancing our property operations.”
Atkinson said she would aim to establish a supportive workplace environment through wellness initiatives, as well as through traineeship and mentorship programs.
Harcourts Head of Property Management, Karmen Costigan, said the team would benefit from Atkinson’s straightforward approach to client services.
