DiJones has appointed a new partner licensee and business owner for its North Shore office, highlighting the network’s collaborative culture and commitment to advancing agents’ careers.

Daniel Blagg has been promoted within the DiJones network to partner licensee and business owner of the Lindfield office in Sydney’s Upper North Shore after five years as the office director.

Leveraging over a decade of experience and more than $1 billion in career sales, Blagg said his promotion would allow him to leverage his extensive experience to drive the network’s growth further and strengthen its presence in the Upper North Shore market.

“This move is about growth, progress and building a business that’s positioned for the future,” Blagg said.

He added that the DiJones platform would provide the support and structure to allow him to focus on scaling the business in Sydney’s Upper North Shore market.

“The DiJones platform provides the technology, support, and structure that allow me to focus entirely on scaling our business, growing market share, and continuing to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.”

DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said that agents transitioning into ownership was an example of the network’s culture of growth and the strength of its partnership model.

Mackie said that Blagg’s progression was an example of how agents within the network are supported as they develop and grow towards their goal of ownership.

He said that DiJones’ new partnership with Blagg cements the brand status as a leading, agent-focused network with cutting-edge technology and a collaborative culture.

“At DiJones, we are committed to creating clear pathways for our agents to become business owners,” Mackie said.
