A real estate network has announced its expansion in Western Australia, with a seasoned business leader taking the reins to service the community.
REMAX Australia has expanded to the Perth Hills, opening a new office in Gidgegannup this month as part of its strategic growth initiative.
The new business, REMAX Encore, will be led by broker and owner Jorg Nottle, who joined Perth’s REMAX Exchange team as a senior property consultant in mid-2024.
REMAX said Nottle brings over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial property management in Germany, including managing one of the country’s largest commercial real estate portfolios.
The network said that Nottle’s approach to real estate was built on industry experience and technical merger expertise.
“He leads with confidence and compassion and has developed a business model founded on honesty and exceptional service,” it said.
Nottle said that the brand’s international reach and established connections contributed to his decision to join.
“I’ve always felt the best way to be able to help others is by having the freedom to adjust and adapt how I operate in order to meet the needs of my clients in the market at that time,” he said.
“Business ownership allows that opportunity to build the right environment for success, implementing the best practices and support processes that drive growth and client satisfaction."
He said that, in his new role, he would focus on embracing technology and adopting the right tools to enhance processes.
“Our role is to bridge that divide between what is required from a technical and organisational standpoint, and what’s essential to deliver personal, detailed service to our clients.”
REMAX Australia’s WA-based business growth Manager Simon Withers said that Nottle would be an asset to the team as an experienced real estate professional and business leader.
“The office location in the Perth Hills is prime real estate and a fantastic opportunity for Jorg and his team to immerse their expertise into the community in which they already play a significant role, and we’re proud to support the continued growth of REMAX Encore,” he said.
REMAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren said that Nottle’s background will be an advantage in leading his team in continued growth.
