Harcourts has announced the opening of a new office on Tasmania’s east coast, expanding the network's presence in one of the state’s most popular regions.
The new office, located in Bicheno, almost 200km northeast of Hobart, will be led by Harcourts International learning and development operations manager Megan Hampton and Harcourts St Helens director Heidi Howe.
The pair has a combined 30 years of real estate experience and will guide the new office as it accommodates the increased number of clients seeking a lifestyle change in the area.
The network said the new office would enhance its ability to serve clients flocking to the popular “sea change” locations of Bicheno, Coles Bay, and Swansea on the island state's east coast.
Harcourts Tasmania said the Bicheno office would lean on Howe’s focus on improving client experience, as well as Hampton’s expertise in learning and development roles.
Under the direction of Howe and Hampton, the pair said that the office would strive to provide the best service to clients in the region.
Tony Morrison, CEO of Harcourts Tasmania, said the network views the new office as a strategic move to strengthen the brand's reach.
“This expansion is a testament to the strength of Harcourts' brand and the commitment of our team.”
“We are confident that this new office will be a valuable asset to the community,” Morrison concluded.
