REMAX has consolidated two Queensland offices into a single Sunshine Coast hub, boosting team collaboration, streamlining operations, and expanding client services across the region.

REMAX Nambour and Caloundra will now be merging into a single office in Birtinya, combining both teams under a more centralised location on the busy Sunshine Coast market.

Currently, both offices have been led by REMAX Property Sales broker-owner Tristan Brown, who oversees a team of 28 sales and property management professionals across the two locations.

“Both our Nambour and Caloundra teams have represented clients and their communities exceptionally over the years and in particular through the rapid growth we’ve experienced here on the Sunshine over the past five years,” Brown said.

Brown said the merger will ensure his teams have a more collaborative environment, allowing them to provide a broader range of services around the Sunshine Coast.

Situated in Birtinya’s commercial precinct, he said the new office is strategically placed in one of the region’s fastest-growing corridors, with a modern layout designed to foster collaboration and strengthen team culture.

“The location is truly ideal, giving us the ability to duplicate what we’ve done so well for so long in Nambour and Caloundra, while allowing us this opportunity to reflect a truly Sunshine Coast-wide commitment,” he said.

“We’re looking forward to 2026 and are continuing to build the resources available to our agents, streamlining our processes and systems to allow them to go that much further in supporting their clients and continuing to achieve great results,” Brown concluded.
