Century 21 has announced the opening of a new Stellar Group office, expanding its presence in the Greater Hobart area.

The new Century 21 Stellar Group office, led by Alison Rogers and Hannah Katz, will leverage their 20 years of combined real estate experience to expand services across Greater Hobart.

Rogers said the decision to join the network was an easy one, seeing the value the network places on local knowledge and relationships, whilst providing its offices with a range of resources.

“Century 21 has been incredibly supportive and inclusive, and we’ve been impressed by the strength of leadership in the corporate team,” Rogers said.

According to the network, over the years, Rogers has developed a people-first approach and has been a finalist in the REB Women in Real Estate Awards multiple times.

In addition to Rogers, Hannah Katz will also form an integral part of the office’s leadership team, bringing deep local knowledge, having begun her real estate career in the Huon Valley region of Tasmania.

Century 21 Australasia Chairman Charles Tarbey said the network viewed it as the right time to expand its presence in the island state.

“The Tasmanian property market has been very active in recent years, and it is currently going through a lot of changes.”

“These changes, coupled with the iconic nature of the location, mean there will be ongoing demand for experienced, reliable and expert agents,” Tarbey concluded.
