A land marketing firm has joined Colliers, expanding land sales capabilities, enhancing project marketing, and supporting growth across Victoria’s key development corridors.
Colliers has announced that land marketing and project sales company Red23 will be joining its Victorian residential business, marking the firm's expansion of its capabilities.
Following the transition on 24 November, Red23 will collaborate with Colliers’ engineering & design and urban planning teams to provide solutions for land development projects.
The network said that Red23, established in 2007, had delivered proven results across land sales and project marketing, and had long-standing relationships across Victoria’s key growth corridors.
Colliers Residential’s Australian managing director, Diana Sarcasmo, said Red23’s understanding of the state’s residential land market will be an asset to the business.
“By welcoming the Red23 team to Colliers, we’re well-positioned to deepen our presence in Victoria’s land market and unlock new opportunities for our clients and professionals alike,” she said.
Red23’s founder and managing director, Terry Portelli, said joining Colliers was a natural progression that will strengthen the careers of all employees.
“Colliers’ global brand, collaborative culture, and strong leadership provide the ideal environment for our professionals to thrive and continue delivering market-leading results for developers across Victoria,” he concluded.
Colliers Residential Victoria managing director, Tim Storey, said the expansion will also help to boost the land marketing skills of both businesses to deliver outcomes for clients.
“Population growth, relative affordability, and our understanding of buyer motivations have only further reinforced Colliers’ strong conviction about the upside to growth for Melbourne,” he said.
“We firmly believe its greenfield sector will rebound and restore Melbourne as Australia’s primary and highest volume market,” he concluded.
