A seasoned agent will be launching a new Coronis Group office to service Brisbane’s north, betting on his local experience to strengthen the network’s presence.

Coronis Group has announced that seasoned real estate agent Nicholas Loftus has joined the network and will be opening his own office, Coronis Aspley.

A longtime Brisbane local, Loftus joined from Harcourts, where he gained a proven track record across property management and sales.

Coronis Group said Loftus brought energy, drive, and passion to the role, as well as the ability to provide clients with a well-rounded understanding of the entire real estate journey.

According to CEO Karuna Mazzocchi, Loftus’ qualities aligned with the network’s vision of growth, opportunity, and creating a lasting pathway for success.

“Nick’s appointment reflects our continued focus on building a strong network of leaders who want to build an asset for themselves and their future,” she said.

“He is passionate about people, family and growth, the same values that drive our business.”

She said the appointment was an opportunity for Loftus to take the reins and make a difference in his local market, and that the network would support him in his journey.

Likewise, Loftus said he intended to strengthen his connection and care for the Aspley community and its surrounds.

“I’m incredibly excited by the opportunity to open my own Coronis agency and be part of something truly special,” he said.

A soon-to-be father of two, Loftus said Coronis’ values and people-first culture were aligned with his own goals.

“Coronis is a business that genuinely supports its people and provides the systems, leadership and vision to help us grow,” he said.

“I’m excited for the impact myself and my team will have at Coronis Aspley, and what the future holds for the entire Coronis Group,” he concluded.
