A year after launching his first REMAX office, the principal is set to expand with a second location in Browns Plains, boosting staff and services across Brisbane’s growth corridor.
REMAX Consultants has acquired and rebranded a Browns Plains office, expanding its team and services while strengthening its presence across Brisbane’s growth corridor.
The former REMAX Right Home office in Brisbane's south will undergo a minor rebrand under a new name.
The newly acquired office will join the REMAX Consultants business and will be the second office to be led by broker-owner Ajay Patel.
Patel originally moved his independent agency, located in Booval, into the REMAX network in 2024 and said the business was now “firmly in growth mode.”
He said the new office would allow the business to accommodate nearly double the staff, increasing from five to eight, and strengthen its services across Brisbane’s growth corridor.
“It has been a strong 12 months for us under the REMAX brand,” Patel said
“We’ve grown our property management division significantly, our sales division is expanding rapidly, and we’ve welcomed five new team members.”
The network said the new office was ideally positioned to capitalise on opportunities in the surrounding suburbs.
REMAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren said the expansion capped off a strong period of growth for Patel’s real estate business.
“REMAX Consultants continues to represent the REMAX brand well throughout the Ipswich region, and I have no doubt the second office will showcase the best of REMAX service throughout Browns Plains,” Davoren concluded.
