FOUNDIT has announced the appointment of a new partner as the property platform seeks to build momentum and continue growing its network across NSW.
The property platform has appointed real estate professional Melanie Bosward as its newest founding partner and buyer’s agent for the NSW Northern Rivers market.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in sales, management, and buyer’s agency, Bosward said she will leverage her previous experience and deep local knowledge, along with the platform's research and technology, to provide clients with clear, data-driven advice.
“Buying can feel overwhelming – especially when timing is tight and information is noisy,” Bosward said.
“My role is to uncover the right opportunities, shape the strategy and negotiate from strength – so clients secure the right property, not just any property.”
Joel Tomaino, co-founder of FOUNDIT, said that Bosward’s extensive experience in a range of roles is what initially drew the network to pursue her.
“She understands how both sides think, which gives clients a practical edge,” Tomaino said.
“You’ll notice it in the way she sets and manages the brief from day one, then leverages her relationships to surface better options and clearer comparisons.”
Angus Ferguson, co-founder of FOUNDIT, said that Bosward was “exactly the calibre” of expert the network sought to work with as it continues to expand.
“Melanie is a standout operator – commercially sharp, trusted by clients, and deeply connected to the market.”
“Her experience in acquiring and developing, and reselling some of Byron’s most prestigious homes gives her a genuine edge on the competition,” Ferguson concluded.
The company said it would continue to grow its network of partners in the coming months, ahead of a broader consumer launch.
