Place One Group has showcased the designs for its new office in Indooroopilly, intended to provide a central base for the network’s expansion in Brisbane’s west.
The new Indooroopilly office, formerly known as Place Graceville, will act as a launch pad for the group as it looks to enhance its ability to serve Brisbane’s expanding western corridor.
After operating under its old name for 12 years in Brisbane’s inner west, the group will relocate to the new office, Place Indooroopilly, in 2026.
Place said the move would position the network to continue its expansion into emerging growth corridors in the city’s west, including Kenmore and Chapel Hill.
Place managing director Paul Curtain said that the office’s location in Indooroopilly was chosen for its strategic advantages, with the suburb combining education, transport and retail hubs.
“Indooroopilly is the geographic heart of the west,” Curtain said.
“It’s the ideal base for attracting new agents and partners who will help shape Place’s western presence over the next decade.”
“This office is designed for where Brisbane’s west is going, and Indooroopilly gives us the best base to grow with the region.”
Curtain added that the new office had been designed with growth and scale in mind.
“It is a purpose-built, premium environment for residential sales, property management and projects.”
“It supports our existing teams and positions us for significant growth in the lead up to 2032,” he concluded.
The new office is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in January 2026.
