The Raine & Horne Foundation has donated over $1 million to charitable causes, marking a significant milestone for the network.
Raine and Horne Foundation reached the $1 million milestone through a combination of contributions to domestic charities and international relief efforts.
Since 2021, the Raine & Horne Foundation has supported key partners, including Dignity, Rural Aid, the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, and CARE Australia.
In support of Dignity, Raine & Horne team members volunteer to prepare meals and guest packs for people experiencing homelessness.
Additionally, the network’s Foundation has made donations of $125,000 and $100,000 to Rural Aid and the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, respectively.
Raine & Horne Executive Chairman Angus Raine said the Foundation, supported by the network’s global offices, exemplified the brand's 142-year commitment to community care.
“Raine & Horne has been helping Australians realise their property dreams since 1883, and our foundation carries that same spirit of care into the wider community,” Raine said.
“Backed by contributions from our office network, the Foundation unites our people and offices to deliver lasting social impact across Australia and beyond.”
“The Foundation receives a percentage of our marketing fund annually to support selected charities, and it’s an amazing opportunity for every Raine & Horne office to contribute directly to some very important local and international causes.”
Dignity CEO Suzanne Hopman said the foundation's support goes beyond financial contributions.
“On top of financial donations, the Raine & Horne team has provided countless hours of corporate volunteering over the years and launched creative collection drives to support people at risk of or experiencing homelessness,” Hopman said.
“Collaboratively, we can end homelessness in Australia.”
Rural Aid CEO John Warlters said the network’s support was making a genuine difference in rural Australia.
“Rural aid’s impact depends on working together with generous partners who share our commitment to the well-being of farming families and rural communities.”
