A new platform will give property professionals real-time access to verified government data through AI-powered connections, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficient workflows.

InfoTrack has announced the launch of a new Model Context Protocol (MCP) platform, InfoTrack.ai, to securely connect real estate organisations’ artificial intelligence (AI) agents directly to government-issued data.

The tool will enable access to information such as property and land title data, national and local authority records, regulatory information, and identity, licensing, and entitlement verification.

The company said the new capability would ensure agencies could access government sources to ensure accuracy, privacy and regulatory compliance, while responsibly using AI.

Additionally, InfoTrack said the tool would allow for transparency, traceability and public trust in AI development, in line with The National Framework for the Assurance of AI in Government.

With businesses’ rapid adoption of AI, InfoTrack said that many real estate agencies were struggling to integrate tools with official data sources without risks.

“The MCP platform will provide a consistent ‘digital language’ that is compatible with AI models worldwide, thereby removing any existing friction and risk of data fragmentation,” it said.

It also said the new platform would solidify the company’s position as a provider of legal-tech, property-tech, data intelligence and workflow automation solutions.

“This single, compatible digital language ensures total connectivity, enabling digital agents to move effectively and securely between multiple complex systems.”

InfoTrack’s CEO John Ahern said the tool was critical in a sector where compliance was non-negotiable, making agentic AI secure and accountable.

“InfoTrack.ai provides a foundation that is controlled and highly economical. Organisations retain full control over every action,” he said.

“The platform eliminates unnecessary repeat searches, making AI-driven processes more cost-efficient by design, and every interaction is transparent and trackable, delivering complete visibility across agent activity,” he concluded.
