A new agency in Queensland’s Moreton Bay region will service a booming market, led by a director who has achieved sustained growth under the Coronis brand.

Coronis Group has unveiled Coronis Bribie Island, marking director Jason Watson’s second office launch since opening the Burpengary office after joining Coronis in 2018.

The company said the new office will be backed by an experienced sales team and a property management portfolio of more than 150 properties.

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said Watson brought strong leadership skills and a genuine local connection.

She said the opening of Watson’s second office reflected his strong performance and Coronis Group’s support for professional growth through its partnership franchise pathway.

“We are proud to support Jason as he continues building a strong, long-term asset through the Coronis brand,” she said.

Watson said Bribie Island, located between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, was a booming market offering a genuine community feel and accessibility to beaches, but within a reasonable distance of Brisbane CBD.

He said the momentum across the region was reflected in plans for a major expansion in Sandstone Point, including a five-star hotel and a retail and entertainment precinct.

“We want to help the community and deliver a great experience for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and the local community,” he said.

“Opening Coronis Burpengary has been incredible, and this is the next step to continue that success while staying focused on people, service, and community,” he concluded.
