Agencies with extensive expansion plans should ensure that staff feel well-supported as they develop new office services to strengthen the network, according to Coronis Group’s CEO.

Over the past 12 months, Coronis has implemented a rapid growth strategy, opening seven new offices in South East Queensland across diverse markets, including high-growth corridors and prestige suburbs.

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said the group’s expansion strategy underscores its focus on growth by fostering a supportive work environment.

“Our strategic expansion is the result of putting people first and supporting their growth,” Mazzocchi said.

“When you put people first, growth becomes sustainable, repeatable and meaningful.”

Mazzocchi said a significant factor in the group's ability to expand has been its partnership franchise model.

She noted that the business model allowed agents to open new offices under the group’s banner, while remaining supported by its systems.

“When people are supported properly and given the right environment, high performance follows,” she said.

“Our role as leaders and as a business is to remove their barriers and do everything we can to help them succeed.”

In addition to growing its physical presence across the region, the group launched Coronis Asset Management.

She said the launch of the service enabled support for clients beyond traditional transactions.

“Coronis Asset Management was created to provide additional guidance and support for investors,” she said.

“We are always looking for new ways to help people, and this was a natural extension of that commitment.”

With further expansion plans in place, Mazzocchi said the group would continue to rely on its culture and values as it grows.

“Our vision guides every decision we make,” Mazzocchi concluded.
