A seasoned principal will mark a full-circle moment as he returns to lead his former office in south-east Brisbane, bringing negotiation skills and local expertise.

Belle Property has announced its expansion into Cornubia with the opening of a new office, led by principal Mandeep Singh.

Singh brings seven years of industry experience to the role, first beginning his career as an independent agent at Belle Property Cornubia.

The network said that in 2021, Singh opened his own agency, Belle Property Rochedale, and has now returned to lead his first office, bringing strong negotiation skills and trusted local expertise.

Belle Property said that since opening the Rochedale office, Singh has led a skilled team, offering buying, selling, leasing and property management services through a tailored, client-focused approach.

The network said the expansion would strengthen its presence in Brisbane and allow Singh and his team to deliver services to a wider area, connecting more buyers with properties.

“The new office reflects Belle Property’s ongoing commitment to growth, premium service, and offering clients unparalleled real estate experiences across South-East Queensland,” it said.

According to Belle Property, Cornubia is a vibrant, family-oriented suburb characterised by its green spaces, lakes, and natural reserves.

“The area offers a diverse range of housing options, from detached homes and townhouses to luxury residences and acreage properties, making it attractive for families, professionals, retirees, and investors alike,” it said.

“With its convenient location near Brisbane, ample local amenities, parks, and schools, Cornubia provides a lifestyle that balances tranquillity with accessibility.”

Singh said his team intended to build on the foundation already established in Belle Property Cornubia, bringing renewed energy and expertise to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

“The opening of our new Cornubia office strengthens our local presence and allows us to deliver a broader service offering across the south-eastern suburbs of Brisbane.”

He added that the office aimed to use the team negotiation skills to positively influence sale values, providing the Cornubia community with greater support and expertise.

“We want Belle Property Cornubia to be recognised as a trusted, premium brand known for exceptional service and outstanding results,” he said.

Belle Property Queensland head of state, David Holmes, said the team’s track record and client-first approach made them an ideal fit for the network.

“We look forward to seeing them continue to set the benchmark for prime real estate services in the south-east Brisbane market,” he concluded.
