Urban Real Estate has launched a new office in the fast-growing south-west Sydney market, as the network continues its expansion across the Hunter, Greater Sydney and Illawarra regions.

Urban Real Estate has announced the opening of its new Oran Park office, marking the group’s 17th agency in its bid for strategic growth.

The new branch, which will serve the Oran Park community and the broader Camden and Macarthur districts, will open in the coming weeks to provide residential sales and property management services.

Urban Real Estate’s director of residential sales, Trent Brewer, said the expansion was part of the group’s commitment to operating in high-performing and high-growth markets.

He also said the move will further embed the brand in Sydney’s growth corridors, from the Hunter through Greater Sydney and down to the Illawarra.

“This new office allows us to strengthen our service offering in South-West Sydney and continue supporting clients across the key growth corridors that shape Sydney’s residential landscape,” he said.

“This allows us to offer our clients a true one-stop shop with the resources, systems and support of a connected, collaborative network.”

The group said that Oran Park, positioned in a thriving masterplanned precinct, had become a key focus area for developers, investors and homebuyers, with the population increasing by more than 47 per cent since the 2021 census.

“Supported by ongoing residential development, retail and commercial expansion, new education facilities and major transport upgrades, the region continues to attract strong demand from young families and professionals,” it said.

Brewer said the area represented what the network sought in a community, including strong population growth, rising buyer demand, and a long-term development strategy to support residents and investors.

He added that the network’s model, in which offices operate as part of a unified collective rather than as individual franchises, will remain a core strength of the brand ahead of the new office opening.

“We do things a bit differently here – and that’s exactly how our clients prefer it,” he concluded.
