As part of its rapid growth strategy, a Brisbane agency has added two new agents to its team, in a bid to increase its presence in the city’s southern market.

Aurora Property has announced the addition of Li Tao and Minty Ying, bringing its sales team from four to 28 agents in the last 18 months.

Li said the pair joined Aurora Property to capitalise on the demand they have seen in key suburbs over the past year.

“We were impressed with the depth of Aurora’s marketing, admin capacity and tech,” Li said.

“Its support will allow us to stay focused on connecting with sellers, guiding them through the entire selling journey and executing proven campaign tactics.”

“This move also positions us to grow a team and expand our footprint.”

Aurora Property director of sales, Queensland, Charles Higgins, said the addition of the duo would strengthen the business and expand its coverage across the southside.

“They understand the needs of sellers in this dynamic corridor and have a strong track record for tailored solutions,” Higgins said.

Ying said the move to Aurora aligned with the momentum of the city’s southern suburbs.

“It’s a popular market for upgrading families who are seeking established homes near leading schools such as Cannon Hill Anglican College and Mansfield State High.”

“The market knows our commitment to service, and with the backing of Aurora, we’ll be able to strengthen those relationships and open up more opportunities for our sellers,” Ying concluded.
