Harcourts has announced the opening of a new office led by a trio of experienced agents, in a bid to redefine service standards in Melbourne’s west.
Harcourts Werribee, which will operate in Melbourne’s western suburbs, will be led by veteran agents Rick O’Halloran, Petar Krnjeta, and Reece Beckley.
The trio brings decades of industry experience to the new office, having worked with various networks before joining Harcourts.
Krnjeta said the office's founders decided to align with the Harcourts brand for its systems and commitment to cultivating a supportive culture.
"Harcourts gives us the platform to deliver a transparent, modern, high-performance real estate experience,” Krnjeta said.
“But the heart of this office is our partnership – three individuals aligned in values, vision, and a desire to build something sustainable, people-focused, and genuinely family-friendly."
O’Halloran said the founders of the new office would leverage their combined experience and community ties to serve clients across the region better.
“Harcourts Werribee is the next natural step,” O’Halloran said.
“We’ve each dedicated years to growing our expertise and relationships within this community,”
The network stated that the team at the new office believed there was an opportunity to elevate property management services in the region.
Beckley said that with the new office, they aimed to provide a staff culture focused on growth and collaboration rather than competition.
“We’re not just building a business; we’re building a supportive, collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.”
“Trust, guidance, and support are at the centre of our business,” Beckley concluded.
