Harcourts has launched a new office in Central Queensland led by a principal making a hometown return, championing a people-first, community-driven approach.

Harcourts Low & Co has launched its second office, expanding to the Yeppoon region on Queensland’s Capricorn Coast after first opening in Rockhampton.

The new office will be led by principal Grace Low, who has over 18 years of industry experience.

Low said the move to Yeppoon was a natural step for the business, given her connection to the region, having grown up in Yeppoon.

“Expanding into the Yeppoon coastal region has always been part of our long-term vision, and I’m incredibly excited to bring our people-first approach to my hometown,” she said.

The network said Low partnered with Harcourts four years ago to lead the Rockhampton office, and has since then built her team on a “people-first” culture.

"Our office is driven by good culture, excellent morals, and a great attitude," Low said.

She made sure the office was a positive and embracing environment, driven by good culture, morals, and a great attitude.

“I couldn’t be more proud of our team, with some of our sales agents achieving personal bests in the last quarter. We are truly going from strength to strength.”

The network said the Harcourts Low & Co team is an active participant in the Yeppoon community, with staff members involved in sports coaching and the agency sponsoring netball and touch football teams.

"Our children go to school here, and we like to be involved as much as possible within our community," Low said.

Harcourts Queensland CEO Andrew Friebe said the expansion of the business into Yeppoon will bolster the network’s presence and benefit the local community.

“We look forward to seeing them continue to thrive and provide exceptional service to the Capricorn Coast,” he concluded.
