A Perth-based real estate network has announced the appointment of a high-performing agent to an inner-city office, as it seeks to enhance its presence in the area.

Haiven Property has added Shaun Pratt to its Subiaco office, as the network expands its services across Perth’s inner-city.

With nine years of industry experience, Pratt said his decision to align with Haiven Property was driven by the ability to maintain personalised service while leveraging the scale of a larger network.

"I was keen to be part of an innovative agency that was large but still boutique," Pratt said.

Haiven Property director Clare Nation said the appointment of Pratt was a strategic move for the company as it looks to enhance its services in Perth’s inner markets.

“His strong alignment with our values, proven performance and deep understanding of his local market have directly supported our expansion towards Bayswater and Maylands,” Nation said.

Haiven Property co-founder and managing director Sean Hughes said the appointment of Pratt was well timed to capitalise on Perth’s growing market.

"We're seeing tremendous momentum heading into 2026, with Perth forecast to continue delivering double-digit growth.”

“The fundamentals are exceptional, with record low supply, strong population growth and sustained buyer demand across all segments of the market," Hughes concluded.
