A new Laing+Simmons office in Sydney’s north-west will prioritise recruitment, hiring top talent with local expertise to boost its reputation in the growing region.

Laing+Simmons has opened its new Riverstone|Grantham Farm office in Sydney’s north-west, led by principal Raman Bhalla and director Abhishek Dutta.

The network said Bhalla and Dutta previously operated Kellyville agency Eden Den Realty for over five years.

Bhalla said that with the north-west Sydney market experiencing rapid growth, the pair decided the time was right to take the next step in the business’ development under the Laing+Simmons brand.

“Laing+Simmons is a highly recognisable brand but one new to this specific market, and with the corporate and back-end support we can now leverage, we’re excited to join the network,” he said.

The company said Riverstone|Grantham Farm will service a broad area covering Riverstone and Grantham Farm, as well as Angus and Vineyard.

It said the office will offer a full range of services, including specialist expertise in project marketing.

Additionally, Laing+Simmons said the agency would prioritise recruitment by hiring talented sales agents amid heightened market activity.

Dutta said there was high demand from first home buyers who were drawn to the area by the lower price point, while many other types of buyers were also making inquiries.

“With a range of new townhome and apartment developments to complement the existing larger homes, there are options for second and third home buyers too,” he said.

“As such, we’re looking for high-performing agents with local expertise to join the team and we’ll be leveraging the in-house Laing+Simmons recruitment service to support this effort.”

Laing+Simmons’ head of people and growth, Jacqui Barnes, said the company was doubling down on its growth objectives, with two new offices in 2026 and at least one more to come this month.

Barnes said the addition of members who shared the same people-first values and commitment to growth was the ideal complement to the network.

“Raman and Abi embody these values and we’re proud to welcome them to the brand,” she said.
