A sales agent with personal ties to the NSW Southern Highlands has joined a local agency, servicing her local community with care and deep knowledge of the market.
DiJones has appointed real estate professional Hayley Sneddon to its Bowral office in the group’s bid to expand across NSW’s most sought-after lifestyle markets.
The network said that, having grown up in the Southern Highlands, Sneddon brought strong personal ties to the area and a deep understanding of the local market.
DiJones added that Sneddon remained closely connected to communities, including Bowral, Mittagong, and Renwick.
Aside from local ties, the network said Sneddon had a reputation for calm, considered guidance, a people-first approach, and the ability to support clients through complex or emotionally-driven decisions.
DiJones chief executive officer, Dean Mackie, said Sneddon’s appointment reflected the calibre of professionals being drawn to the brand
“As we grow, our focus is on depth, not just scale,” he said.
“Hayley brings strong local knowledge, integrity and a genuine commitment to her clients, qualities that align closely with how we operate at DiJones.”
Mackie said the Southern Highlands was a priority area for the business, fuelled by consistent buyer demand driven by lifestyle migration, and the area’s connectivity to metropolitan Sydney.
“Our expansion is intentional,” Mackie said.
“We are building teams that are well supported, values-driven and positioned for long-term success.”
According to Sneddon, the decision to join DiJones was driven by an alignment with the brand’s reputation, professionalism and consistently high standards.
“I wanted to be part of a business that is established, successful and genuinely supportive – one that aligns with my own values and the way I approach my community and my clients’ property needs,” she said.
Sneddon said she approached real estate as more than a transaction, noting it was a major life decision for most people.
“My focus is on providing clarity, honest advice and reassurance, so clients feel confident and supported from start to finish,” she concluded.
