A national real estate network has entered NSW’s Lake Macquarie region, welcoming a respected duo and their team of seven to the company.

The Agency has expanded into NSW’s Lake Macquarie with well-known real estate professionals Josh and Tegan O’Doherty joining the network, along with a team of seven agents.

Director Tegan O’Doherty brought her team from LJ Hooker Dudley | Redhead, with their capabilities spanning residential and commercial sales, as well as property management.

Meanwhile, Josh was the principal at LJ Hooker Belmont for 30 years.

The Agency’s CEO of real Eetate, Matt Lahood, said “Team O’Doherty” had an ability to cultivate long-standing relationships based on outstanding results and a strong community presence.

He said they were particularly knowledgeable about markets on the eastern side of Lake Macquarie, from Swansea to Merewether, including Marks Point, Redhead, Charlestown, and Belmont.

“Team O’Doherty has a strong growth plan which includes bridging the gap and collaborating with The Agency Hunter Valley team’s Charlie Lund, who they have a well-established relationship with,” he said.

“They will also look to create a presence in Newcastle with high-performing agents.”

The Agency property partners, Josh and Tegan O’Doherty, said they were attracted to the network for its values, customer support, and reach.

“The Agency model aligns with our high-performance standards and offers unparalleled exposure for our clients,” they concluded.
