A network has appointed an experienced sales professional as it seeks to strengthen its office on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

DiJones has announced the appointment of Tom Jones to its Neutral Bay office as part of its expansion plans in the Lower North Shore market.

Jones joins DiJones following roles at CBRE and Village Property Real Estate, bringing eight years of real estate experience to his new network.

In addition to his residential sales experience, Jones has also established a bespoke referral partnership as a sales partner for serviced apartments across Sydney.

Jones said the network’s focus on building client relationships was a significant factor in the decision to make the switch.

“The business provides the platform, support and culture that allows agents to deliver consistent outcomes for clients, which is why this move made sense,” Jones said.

Over the years, Jones worked across the broad North Shore market, selling premium apartments, serviced residences and large-scale residential developments, while identifying niche opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.

DiJones chief operating officer, Brent May, said the appointment of Jones reflected the network’s focus on strengthening its sales team as it expands its footprint across key Sydney markets.

“Tom combines proven performance with strategic thinking.”

“His ability to build and manage an exclusive partnership with a global hospitality brand demonstrates a level of commercial acumen that aligns strongly with how we operate at DiJones.”

“He brings a depth of experience, local knowledge and a client-first mindset to the Neutral Bay office,” May concluded.
