Belle Property has returned to Bulimba with the opening of a new office, led by a seasoned agent, with a focus on authentic community connection above transactions.

Belle Property has announced the opening of its Bulimba office in Brisbane’s inner east, led by Kaylee Doyle, bringing more than a decade of industry experience.

The network said that Doyle, who has spent nine years with Belle, was well regarded for her determination, trusted client relationships and deep connection to the Bulimba community.

Head of Belle Property Queensland, David Holmes, said Doyle was an agent known for her deep local insight, solid results and genuine care for her clients.

“Bulimba is one of Brisbane’s most sought-after suburbs, and having Kaylee lead this new office gives us an outstanding foundation to grow and support this thriving market,” he said.

Doyle has also been joined by Bailey McKee, a sales agent who has a wealth of experience in Brisbane’s inner east.

“Together, they will deliver Belle Property’s premium boutique service and bespoke marketing to vendors, buyers and investors across Bulimba and surrounding suburbs,” Belle said.

According to the company, the Bulimba office will provide a bespoke, client-focused service that combines local knowledge with support from a national network.

Belle said the team will specialise in character-filled homes, modern residences, and investment properties, while focusing on strategic marketing and strong buyer relationships to achieve results.

Doyle said she will focus on creating an agency built on relationships, strategy and authenticity.

“Our approach is about connection over transaction; working closely with clients, tailoring strategies to each home, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way,” she said.

According to Belle, the region offered a premium lifestyle with connectivity to the CBD, and was considered one of Brisbane’s most desirable riverside suburbs.

“Demand continues to grow, driven by interstate migration, access to leading schools such as Bulimba State School, and limited housing stock, making this a prime moment for Belle Property to reaffirm its presence in the area,” it said.

Doyle said that Bulimba was an area she felt deeply connected to, and that she was prepared to serve the local community.

“We’re proud to bring Belle Property’s premium offering back to Bulimba,” she concluded.
