Laing+Simmons has announced the opening of a west Sydney location, marking the brand’s third new office in 2026.
The newly opened Doonside | Glendenning office will be led by Prerna Sharma and Ricky Sanan and will focus its efforts on the surrounding suburbs of Woodcroft and Bungarribee.
Sharma, who moved from the Laing+Simmons Quaker’s Hill office, said the new location would allow the network to provide an enhanced service to the full range of buyers in Sydney’s west.
She said the areas would cater to a full range of buyers, as they included all types of dwellings, including homes, apartments, townhouses, and granny flats.
“It’s a diverse real estate market for a diverse local population,” Sharma said.
Sanan said the office would seek to leverage the Laing+Simmons brand and capitalise on its team’s existing local connections.
“We are a local family business built on relationships with our customers and our community, including the local Punjabi community, and these relationships will underpin our growth,” Sanan said.
“With the help of Laing+Simmons, we are looking to welcome talented agents to the team who share our values.”
Laing+Simmons’ head of people and growth, Jacqui Barnes, said the opening of the new office showcased the network’s focus on identifying and supporting staff throughout their career development.
“Part of the journey we take with our people is to provide genuine career path opportunities, including the move into business ownership for those with the skills and ambition to continue their growth journey with us long-term,” Barnes said.
“We’re proud to welcome Prerna and Ricky to the business ownership realm and together, supporting and celebrating their success,” she concluded.
