With submissions pouring in for the Top 50 Agents South Australia 2026 ranking just a week after they opened, REB is urging agents across Australia to enter and be recognised for their hard work.
REB recently called on all Australian real estate agents to submit to the prestigious state-based Top 50 Agents 2026 rankings.
Partnered by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), the premier rankings set the benchmark for excellence and offer agents the opportunity to showcase their achievements throughout the 2025 calendar year and be ranked as the top real estate professionals of Australia.
The Top 50 Agents South Australia ranking champions residential agents in South Australia (SA) and the Northern Territory (NT) who have established a strong presence in their local area and tailored their service for clients in their state or territory.
Securing a place in this ranking could create new opportunities for agents in SA and NT, and advance their careers to new heights.
REB editor Liam Garman said he is unsurprised by the flood of submissions this year as agents worked hard to achieve exceptional results. This is despite several challenges in the market, including affordability issues as prices remain supported by low supply levels and first home buyer schemes, the risk of higher interest rates, and cost-of-living pressures.
He noted that the submissions received thus far are of exceptional quality, with the elite agents demonstrating their ability to overcome market challenges and provide stellar service to their clients.
“I’m so pleased with the high level of excellence demonstrated by these top agents in their submissions,” Garman said.
“They have shown that mastering the fundamentals is key to success in real estate including prospecting for new vendors and buyers, finessing their negotiation skills, harnessing data within their agency, and above all, managing client relationships.”
Garman encouraged agents to submit to the Top 50 Agents 2026 state-based rankings to ensure that they don’t miss out on being recognised for their achievements.
How the rankings work
Each entrant needs to submit their figures once to be considered for all rankings for which they are eligible (including the Top 100 Agents). During the submission process, you can select which rankings you’d like to enter.
All rankings are assessed using the same transparent, performance-based metrics, drawn from your 2025 calendar year results. These include:
-
Total value ($) of settled residential sales
-
Total number (#) of properties sold
-
Average sales price ($)
-
Plus supporting performance indicators like days on market and team support
Note that if you’ve sold a property with another agent, this is counted as half a sale, with both the settled value and number of properties adjusted accordingly.
What you’ll need before you start
To make the process as smooth as possible, please have the following 2025 details ready:
-
Number of residential listings secured (#)
-
Number of residential property settlements (#)
-
Total value of residential property settlements ($)
-
Average commission rate
-
Average days on market
-
Support staff details
-
Years in the industry
To ensure fairness and credibility across the rankings, you’ll also be asked to upload a CRM verification document confirming these figures. Submissions without these documents will not be considered.
Submissions close strictly at COB on Friday, 13 March 2026.
When you’ve completed your submission, be sure to click the ’SUBMIT ENTRY’ button at the end, or your submission will be shown as incomplete and won’t be accepted.
