Two offices have leaned on the strong individual performances to claim the top titles at their network’s Queensland awards.
First National has announced the winners of its Queensland awards, celebrating its offices and individuals.
First National Cleveland, based in coastal Brisbane, was named “QLD Sales Office of the Year”, transacting 150 properties in the previous 12 months, with a median sale price of $1.11 million.
Additionally, First National Cleveland director Ryan McCann claimed the title of “QLD Salesperson of the Year”, with 38 transactions and a median sale price of $1.51 million over the past year.
First National Townsville (Aitkenvale claimed) the title of “QLD Property Management Office of the Year” and is home to the network's “QLD Property Manager of the Year”, principal Julie Neilsen-Thompson.
First National Queensland state chair Kelly Isaacs said the network’s awards “recognise achievement in a year that tested the depth of skill across our profession.”
“In 2025, salespeople worked in an environment defined by a persistent shortage of listings, where success depended on relationships, prospecting discipline and local reputation rather than market momentum,” Isaacs said.
“At the same time, property managers carried the growing weight of legislative change, balancing compliance obligations with the daily care of landlords and tenants.”
Isaacs said the award winners demonstrated the dedication the network valued from its high-performing members.
“Your performance this year reflects professionalism, resilience and a genuine commitment to serving your communities under demanding conditions,” Isaacs concluded.
