A new Acton | Belle Property office in Perth City will service a broad mix of buyers in a competitive market, led by a director with a strong database and established connections.

Belle Property has announced the expansion of its Acton | Belle Property Mount Lawley business with the opening of its second Perth City office.

According to the network, the new office will be led by director Chris O’Brien, in partnership with Mount Lawley principals Scott Fletcher and Chris Pham.

Belle said over the past seven to eight years, O’Brien had built significant local expertise across waterfront apartments, projects and development sales.

It added that he was backed by an extensive database and strong buyer relationships, with an ability to combine deep market knowledge with clear, practical guidance.

According to Fletcher, O’Brien’s experience and market insight will be an asset to the office, allowing it to connect more buyers with premium properties while strengthening its presence across Perth City.

Acton | Belle Property head of Western Australia, Travis Coleman, said O’Brien brought a proven track record, extensive local market insight, and a genuine commitment to client outcomes.

“This new office further strengthens the Belle Property network and reflects our continued focus on delivering exceptional real estate services across key growth markets,” he said.

Belle said the new office represented a strategic extension of the Mount Lawley business, strengthening the agency’s footprint and enhancing its capacity to service the competitive inner-city market.

“The expansion responds to a clear opportunity across Perth’s inner-city suburbs for a premium real estate offering that combines local expertise with the strength, systems and national reach of the Belle Property network,” it said.

According to O’Brien, the timing of the new office reflected growing momentum in the inner city, with a broad range of buyers seeking properties in the area.

“Perth City’s property market is thriving, with rising values, strong off-the-plan activity and increasing demand from a broad mix of buyers, including downsizers, up-sizers and international and national investors,” he said.

“Establishing a second office in Perth City allows us to better support our clients and deliver a more tailored, premium service to the inner-city market,” O’Brien concluded.
