Acton | Belle Property has appointed a local principal with sound community insight to lead its newest office in Western Australia.

Acton | Belle Property has announced the opening of its Karratha office, to be led by principal Dylan Rakich.

According to the network, Rakich had over five years of real estate experience and more than 21 years of living in the region, bringing strong community insight and a hands-on approach.

Rakich said he was drawn to Belle because of its people-first culture and emphasis on building strong teams.

“Supporting your people naturally translates into better service and results for clients,” he said.

“We’re excited about the future of the market and proud to bring a premium service offering to the region.”

Belle Property’s head of Western Australia, Travis Coleman, said Rakich had consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and local expertise.

“His leadership reflects Acton | Belle Property’s commitment to service and growth, and we’re excited to see the positive impact in this thriving region,” Coleman said.

The network said Karratha, located in the Pilbara region, was a dynamic city known for its strong economy, lifestyle appeal, and natural beauty.

“With its diverse mix of housing, the region attracts long-term residents who value outdoor lifestyles, as well as newcomers relocating for employment opportunities and prospective property investors,” it said.

Belle said the area offered a diverse mix of housing, attracting long-term residents, newcomers relocating for employment, and investors drawn by strong rental returns.

“This growing demand, combined with ongoing economic activity across the Pilbara, has created strong momentum in the local property sector,” it said.

“[It] positions the new office to support homeowners, buyers, and investors navigating the evolving market.”

The network said the new team will provide tailored guidance, with a strong focus on understanding individual client needs, and a commitment to transparent market insights.

“By combining local knowledge with the broader resources of a national brand, Acton | Belle Property Karratha is positioned to deliver a seamless experience and outstanding results for the community,” it concluded.
