Focused on driving growth through practical insights, the Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC) has revealed the program for the upcoming two-day event.
The 28th annual Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC) will host several highly experienced property experts and emerging industry talents over two days, on Sunday, 24 May, and Monday, 25 May, at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
According to the head of Total Real Estate Training (TRET) and AREC organiser, Izzy Savva, this year industry leaders will unpack what it truly takes to succeed in today’s evolving real estate market, with a focus on going beyond surface-level insights.
“This lineup represents different markets, different stages of career, and different approaches to success, but what unites them is a commitment to excellence and a willingness to share openly,” Savva said.
AREC founder John McGrath said the 2026 speaker line-up assembled some of the most accomplished and influential real estate professionals from across the country.
“AREC has always been about bringing the industry’s top performers together to share what’s really working,” McGrath said.
“It’s this exchange of ideas and experience that continues to elevate our industry and benefit clients across the board.”
McGrath said the conference would leverage the knowledge of experienced professionals well established in their markets, as well as emerging talent already making a name for themselves.
While AREC announced eight keynote speakers in early March, including US-based agents Josh Altman, Josh Flagg, and Tim Smith, the conference has now released a finalised program.
Day one of the conference will be headlined by experienced industry leaders: McGrath Brisbane’s Alex Jordan, Kollosche managing partner Michael Kollosche, and PPD partner Alexander Phillips, who will discuss the importance of brand building and market positioning.
The trio combine for more than 60 years of experience and has been amongst the best-performing agents in the country across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Sydney, representing a cross-section of the nation's most competitive markets.
Additionally, Ouwens Casserly Real Estate co-founders Alex Ouwens and Nathan Casserly will take the stage together to share their insights on building a business and brand at scale.
Will Torres of Torres Property will share his approach to growth, energy and next-generation prospecting.
Day one will also focus on elite performance and market leadership, with insights from local, on-the-ground agents across diverse network franchises.
Day two of the conference will see the focus shift to “Experience, performance and the next generation” of real estate talent.
The headline panel features insights from various emerging talents in the industry, including Liam Cromarty of LoveRealty, Ashley Van Deyk of Ray White Upper North Shore, and Dean Tuffley of Ray White Mt Eden NZ.
The session aims to provide insight into the habits and strategies that drive success early in a real estate career.
Supporting the headline will be a series of standalone sessions featuring high-performing agents who share their perspectives and approaches to growth and consistency.
Caroline Brown Property’s Caroline Brown, McGrath’s Ethan He, Bresic Whitney’s Chris Nunn, Stone’s Jess Smith and Real Estate Central’s Daniel Harris make up the rest of the day’s speakers.
