An agency in Sydney’s Upper North Shore has merged with The Cavill Group to benefit from its marketing, technology and sales support.
A new partnership has seen an office on Sydney’s Upper North Shore come under The Cavill Group’s ownership, boosting its service offering with enhanced capabilities.
The former LJ Hooker Lane Cove agency, previously operated by agent Stewart Kirkby, has merged with The Cavill Group, led by principal Anna Cavill.
Kirkby’s team will continue to work with existing clients while using The Cavill Group’s support across property strategy, marketing and technology.
The Cavill Group said the collaboration will boost operations behind the scenes by enabling more considered advice, efficient service delivery and tailored solutions.
It said the partnership united two businesses with a shared commitment to performance and client-first service, given Cavill’s reputation for integrity, local insight and negotiation skills.
Similarly, Cavill said Kirkby brought a focus to achieving outcomes through experience, precision and genuine care for clients.
“The Cavill Group extends its model of specialised support and strategic focus while maintaining the personalised service and local relationships Stewart and his team are known for, now under The Cavill Group banner,” she added.
