A Sydney buyer’s agent will leverage his local knowledge and connections in the Eastern Suburbs to source off-market opportunities, following his appointment with FOUNDIT.
Mark Amos has joined FOUNDIT as its second Eastern Suburbs partner, bringing more than 20 years of experience in property acquisition, renovation, development, and long-term investment strategy.
According to FOUNDIT, Amos will strengthen the advisory offering for property buyers across Sydney following sustained growth under founding partner, Sabeen Akbani.
The company said Amos could source properties not usually advertised, including off-market deals, helping clients secure homes with long-term growth potential.
Specialising in the Eastern suburbs, South Sydney, Inner West, and Lower North Shore, FOUNDIT said Amos will use his local knowledge and agent relationships to access new opportunities.
He will work closely with clients to understand their goals, build a clear acquisition strategy, and manage the entire process, from sourcing and due diligence to negotiation and settlement.
The company’s founder, Angus Ferguson, said Amos’ appointment was a natural next step to meet growing demand in the Eastern Suburbs over the past year.
Ferguson said Amos’ experience was ideal for representing buyers, as his ability to source off-market deals will deliver real long-term growth potential for clients.
Amos said the current competitive market meant buyers needed an edge, and he was committed to helping clients secure the right property and price with long-term confidence.
“My years of experience, coupled with FOUNDIT's technology and research capability, makes for a powerful combination for my clients,” Amos concluded.
