A seasoned professional will take the next step in her career, leading Urban’s property management division after developing her skillset within the company for years.

Urban Real Estate has appointed Thuong Hoang as director of property management as it continues to expand across the Northwest and Southwest Sydney, Illawarra, and Hunter regions.

Bringing more than 15 years of experience in property management, the network said Thuong had solid industry knowledge, having worked with the agency for seven years prior to stepping into the position.

According to Urban, Hoang will oversee the continued development of the property management division, focusing on service delivery, operational efficiency, and portfolio growth.

CEO Katrina Tarrant said Hoang had been an important part of the business for years, with her appointment now strengthening the group’s leadership capability.

“This reflects the strength of our team, our systems, and our focus on delivering consistent outcomes for clients,” she said.

Similarly, Hoang said the promotion reflected the career opportunities available within the business, giving her the chance to build on her career within a company that backed its team members.

“This appointment is not only a personal milestone, but also an opportunity to continue delivering consistency, stability and strong service outcomes for both landlords and tenants,” she said.

“Building long-term relationships and creating trust through reliable support has always been important to me, and I’m excited to continue doing that in this new role.”

The company said it would continue to focus on strategic expansion, investment in people and systems, and maintaining high service standards.

“Looking ahead, Urban Real Estate remains focused on strengthening its market position while building a platform for long-term, sustainable growth across both its sales and property management divisions,” it concluded.
