Elders has appointed a new rural real estate manager in Western Australia to support its agents operating in the state’s agricultural property market.
The network has announced the appointment of experienced agriculture professional Ben Tiller as its newest Western Australia rural real estate manager.
Tiller brings extensive experience in Western Australia’s agricultural sector, including leadership roles at several major agribusinesses over his more than two decades in the industry.
Elders general manager of farmland agency and agribusiness investments, Mark Barber, said Tiller’s appointment to Elders marked the ongoing focus on strengthening its rural leadership team in Western Australia.
Barber said the appointment would strengthen the network’s capacity to support its rural offices, while ensuring that clients benefited from informed local advice.
“Western Australia is a strategically important market for Elders Real Estate, both in terms of scale and diversity, and it’s critical that we have strong, experienced leadership supporting our people on the ground,” Barber said.
Elders state general manager for Western Australia, Matt Ericsson, said the addition of Tiller would add to the network’s depth in Western Australia’s rural market.
“It will be great to have Ben’s experience in our business and his deep understanding of the Western Australian market.”
“He knows the people, the landscapes and the commercial realities our clients operate in, and that local insight will be a real asset for our teams and our clients across the state,” Ericsson concluded.
