A new partnership will see Raine and Horne leverage REA’s data, insights, and workflow tools to boost agency operations across its national network, helping them win more listings.

Raine and Horne has partnered with REA Group to provide more than 200 residential offices with access to REA’s Pro agent tool, boosting agent visibility and accelerating growth across the network.

The deal, to come into effect from August, will also give offices access to PropTrack’s proprietary data to enhance prospecting and deliver more seller leads so agents can win listings.

Realtair, REA’s agent workflow tool, will also help agents nurture and convert leads to drive customer satisfaction.

The deal will also deliver benefits for Raine & Horne Commercial, with the group having access to an industry-first proposal platform custom-built for commercial real estate.

The platform will be launched after a development process led by Arealytics, provider of nationwide commercial real estate data, and supported by Raine & Horne and REA.

It will utilise Arealytics’ property, ownership, sale, and leasing data to support commercial decision-making, including acquisitions, asset disposals, and leasing renewals.

Raine and Horne Group CEO, Chris Nicholl, said the partnership marked a significant step forward in the business’s strategy to accelerate success across its offices.

Nicholls said REA’s platform visibility, agent workflow tools, and market data insights would combine to allow the office network to look after its customers and continually win business.

“I’m also delighted to get behind building a new technology edge for the commercial sector,” he said.

“The value of bringing together market transparency through commercial real estate data with a digital workflow that caters to the norms of the sector shouldn’t be underestimated.”

REA Group chief commercial and marketing officer, Kul Singh, said Raine and Horne’s technology focus made the network an ideal partner for the new agreement.

He said REA’s insight into the property market, paired with its volume of listings, made the group uniquely positioned to deliver meaningful and comprehensive data-driven insights.

“Raine and Horne has a long-standing heritage and clear focus on innovation. This partnership brings together two organisations aligned in their ambition to deliver stronger outcomes for agents and their customers,” Singh said.

“The seamless integration of our products and services will support driving the best results for the Raine and Horne network and their clients,” he concluded.
