A new luxury office in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs will serve as an agency's new headquarters, with the purpose-built environment combining its sales, property management, and marketing divisions.
Highland Double Bay Malouf has announced it will open its new Eastern Suburbs headquarters at Ruby House, a new luxury commercial development in Double Bay.
The network said the move, planned for Q4 2026, will coincide with five years of partnership between the Malouf father-and-son duo and the Highland Group.
Highland said Ruby House was Double Bay’s first luxury strata office development in more than a decade, and will set the standard for infrastructure and workplace experience.
“Designed to support both performance and wellbeing, the new headquarters reflects Highland's long-term vision for growth and its ongoing investment in its people,” it said.
According to the group, the new office will occupy a custom-designed floor, combining sales, property management, and marketing divisions, as well as the legal, finance, and operations teams in a purpose-built environment.
Highland CEO, David Highland, said Ruby House would underpin the business’s Eastern Suburbs operations and broader network while reflecting the standards it set as a group.
“[It will be] a place where clients and agents genuinely enjoy spending time, and one that reflects both the standard of service we provide and the quality of properties we represent.”
The network said the new space will also feature a dedicated in-house auction room, multiple client meeting suites, an executive boardroom and a series of breakout spaces.
“Every element is being carefully considered to create a highly functional, sophisticated environment that enhances both productivity and the client experience.”
Highland Double Bay Malouf director Bill Malouf said attracting and retaining top talent had become a defining factor in agency performance, and Highland's investment in premium facilities underscored its commitment to servicing the Eastern Suburbs.
Meanwhile, co-director David Malouf said the new precinct will provide a unique experience for both the team and its clients.
According to the network, the move would coincide with its 19th anniversary and first-ever brand evolution, marking a defining moment in the company’s history.
The brand has also announced an upcoming branding refresh in the next six months to reflect the evolution of the industry.
