A broker-owner has launched his own real estate agency in Melbourne’s south-east, betting on the business’s people-first ethos and multifaceted service offering to drive growth.
REMAX has launched its newest office in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs, led by broker-owner Pinakin Patel.
The network said the agency will service clients in Pakenham and its surrounds with a focus on residential, commercial sales, and leasing, and a dedicated property management division.
The network said the partnership with Pinakin was underpinned by shared values, a strong growth focus, and access to the support needed to achieve his business goals.
Pinakin said REMAX Sapphire was a people-focused business and intended to use the approach to shape the agency’s presence within the Melbourne market.
“We want to grow our presence and support our clients. With that comes the opportunity to build and grow our team,” he said.
He added that he was committed to creating a business that provided skills and expertise across all real estate specialisations.
“We have the skills and experience to ensure our office is available to clients across multiple areas of real estate.”
“In that sense, we’re quite niche within the Melbourne market, as there are not many offices that cater to all departments under the one roof.”
Pinakin said he had been drawn to the network’s agent-centric approach and business model, which supported brokers and provided an opportunity for agent growth from within.
“With REMAX, the core of the brand goes beyond just a franchise arrangement. It is the agent-centric approach and model that feels like a strong match for the direction of my business,” he said.
REMAX Australia operations director, Josh Davoren, said the continued expansion of the network throughout Victoria demonstrated the strong direction of the brand.
“As a brand, REMAX is serious about its growth aspirations, and we’re excited to support Pinakin in the future of his business, REMAX Sapphire, and future business opportunities throughout Victoria,” he said.
“We’re most excited about how ambitious Pinakin is in pursuing his growth goals, and we intend to support him and his growing team in achieving them,” Davoren concluded.
